How our architecture services fit together
Most investors do not need everything at once. Some arrive with a plot and a question about what may be built on it at all, some with a finished design that only needs supervision, and some ask the studio to take on the whole process from first idea to move-in. Each of the six services is therefore self-contained and can be commissioned on its own.
In practice they tend to follow one another. Consulting answers whether a project is feasible and on what terms, design turns it into the documentation it gets built from, visualization makes it legible before the first stone is laid, and permits, supervision and project management follow the work through to handover of the keys.
Studio Archaos is made up of licensed architects, members of the Croatian Chamber of Architects, with experience in protected areas, the coastal zone and on the Dalmatian islands, where building conditions differ sharply from one site to the next.
