The project is situated on a triangular plot near the historic church in the rural area Tisno, which further emphasizes the identity of the site. The existing building, constructed up to the plot boundaries and lacking quality greenery, presented both a spatial and formal challenge: how to redesign the existing structure into a coherent and architectural whole. The irregular, triangular shape of the plot required precise organization of volumes within the given parameters, so the project starts from a clear base — the ground floor, conceived as a solid stone plinth supporting the monolithic volumes of the residential units.

The volumes arranged in a row form a continuous street facade, articulated through a playful rhythm of openings and roof planes. This composition breaks the monotony of the surrounding urban fabric, while the rooflines respond to the scale and character of neighboring buildings. The functional concept of the stone base unites a shared garage space with multiple access points and entrances for four separate residential units intended for tourist rental. Each unit is designed as an autonomous entity with complete living facilities. Special attention was given to separate terraces with individual views and carefully positioned openings to ensure light, privacy, and attractive vistas. The exposed, emphasized roofs subtly reference local architecture, while the volumes themselves are conceived as clean, simple planes that emphasize the sculptural quality of the whole.

The volumes are envisioned as an architectural sculpture resting on a solid stone plinth, forming a sculptural composition within the historic context. The modernist character is expressed through clarity of form and reduction of details, while the stone base establishes a connection to the traditional architecture of Tisno. This combination of a stone plinth and contemporary volumes allows the project to respect the proximity of the historic ensemble while maintaining its originality and contemporary identity.
